What you’ll do:
Network — virtually, over the phone, and in-person — to consistently build a personal database and referral community of tier-one job candidates for current and future client search mandates.
End-to-end recruitment cycle management, including candidate resume review, virtual and telephone screening, in-person interviews, reference and credential verification, and offer negotiations.
Counsel prospective candidates on the search delivery process and help them navigate client interviews.
Work with the broader LeverageTek team, including account management, to build strategy and constantly evolve our delivery capabilities.
Lead ad-hoc internal initiatives and projects.
